Raspberry Chocolate Ganache
Silky smooth chocolate ganache can only be made better by adding something from the Dodo’s Delights menu.
Prep time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
Thickened Cream | ½ cup
Dodo’s Delights Raspberry jam | 3 tbsp
Dark cooking chocolate | 250g
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Combine jam and cream in a heavy based saucepan. Whisk over a medium heat until jam melts and mixture just boils.
Step 2
Add chocolate, remove saucepan from hears and whisk until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
Step 3
Cool slightly until mixture is spreadable.
