Bacon and Corn Relish Dip

Hollow out a cobb loaf, serve with corn chips or top a baked potato, this delicious dip is versatile and popular.
Without the bacon this recipe is suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients

Softened Cream Cheese | 125g
Sour Cream | 300g
Diced bacon | 100g
Dodo’s Delights Corn Relish | ½ cup
Chives | ½ cup
Parsley | 2 tbsp

Step 1

Fry diced bacon in a well-oiled pan until crispy.

Step 2

Finely chop chives and parsley.

Step 3

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly, until well combined.
