BBQ Marmalade Chicken

Sweet, tangy and tart. This sauce is packed full of flavour. Use as a marinade overnight or coat your chicken and place in the slow cooker. Serve on fluffy white rice.

Dodo’s Delights Orange Marmalade | 1 cup
Soy Sauce | 2 tbsp
Barbecue sauce | 1 cup

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

In a heavy-based saucepan, place marmalade and soy sauce.
Stir until combined.

Step 2

Stir in barbecue sauce.

Step 3

For slow cooker: place chicken in slow cooker, pour in sauce, stir to coat. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.

Step 4

For baking: preheat oven to 180C, place chicken in large casserole dish, pour in sauce and stir to coat. Bake covered for appox 1 ¾ hours, or until chicken feels springy and sauce is bubbling.
