Step by Step Instructions
Preheat oven to 200C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Cut each pastry sheet into quarters and place onto tray.
Combine egg yolk and water, brush pastry.
Bake until puffy and golden, approx. 10 minutes.
Remove pastry squares from oven. Press centre of each lightly to form an indent
